Job Summary

Texas Specialty Clinic is an out-patient based clinic located in Dallas, TX. We are dedicated to providing quality family practice and occupational medical services for employers in the surrounding area. These services include minor emergencies, injury care, pre-employment services, and initial/ follow-up care for Texas Workers' Compensation injuries. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality healthcare to our patients and excellent customer service for our clients.


Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas

  • Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting boards.
  • Perform physicals, mental status, and medical history examinations, record findings subsequently
  • Reviewed and countersigned by supervising physician.
  • Synthesizes data and utilizes evidence to develop, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care, including ordering and interpreting laboratory, radiology, and other diagnostic studies/ results.
  • Participate in business development, when requested, to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace walk-throughs and other on-site assessments.


Regulatory Requirements

  • Current State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioners licensure
  • Current DEA licensure
  • Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS
  • Current Registration with the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, or the ability to become registered before the start date (Only applicable to physician assistants).
  • M.D. or D.O. trained
  • Experience in UC, ER, FP, IM preferred
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Excellent communication skills. Excellent computer skills and must be able to efficiently enter data into an Electronic Medical Records system.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment, dependability, and integrity
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Spanish/English bilingual a plus
