Job Summary

Crescent Regional Hospital Outpatient Rehab is seeking a skilled and motivated PT and/or PTA to join our growing therapy team in South Arlington. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, hospital-based outpatient setting with a caseload focused on general orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Flexible hours and schedule options are available, including opportunities to pick up additional shifts at our partner outpatient clinics in Alvarado, TX and Whitney, TX.


Position Details

  • Location: Crescent Regional Hospital, South Arlington, TX
  • Additional hours available at partner locations in Alvarado, TX and Whitney, TX


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with general orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team and referring physicians
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture

Requirements

  • Active Texas PT or PTA license (or license-eligible)
  • Outpatient or musculoskeletal clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a commitment to quality patient care
