Job Summary

An Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in South Arlington is seeking a motivated and dependablePhysical Therapy Aide / Tech to join our rehab team. We’re looking for someone compassionate, professional, and comfortable working in a supportive, team-based environment. This position is ideal for someone interested in physical therapy, health, or rehabilitation and looking to gain real-world experience in a clinical setting.


Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:

  • Prepare and clean treatment areas before and after sessions.
  • Sanitize and organize therapy equipment and supplies.
  • Restock linens, cleaning materials, and clinic supplies as needed.
  • Assist with laundry duties and general clinic maintenance.
  • Help ensure smooth clinic flow, assisting licensed therapists, and promoting a positive environment for patients and staff.
  • Greet and assist patients with check-in or directions as needed.
  • Support front desk operations when requested (answering phones, scheduling assistance).
  • Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.


Qualifications

  • Interest in pursuing a career in physical therapy, healthcare, or related fields.
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stay active and organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous PT aide or clinic support experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player.


Schedule & Pay

  • Pay Range : $12–$15 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Typical schedule : Monday–Friday, daytime hours.
  • Flexible work hours available to accommodate school or personal schedules.
