Job Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This position involves managing front desk operations, answering inquiries, directing calls, and supporting administrative tasks to maintain a smooth and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, check them in, and notify the appropriate staff of their arrival.
- Operate a multi-line phone system, answer inquiries, and route calls to the correct department or individual.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials (brochures, forms, etc.).
Qualifications :
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
